HB Beauty Bar China Glaze Off Shore Collection, Part 1: Dune Our Thing

Hey guys, I've got more summer polishes to show you today! This post contains swatches of the first half of the new summer China Glaze Off Shore collection that I got from HB Beauty Bar. There are 12 polishes in total, divided into two groups - Dune Our Thing, and Stoked to be Soaked! Today, I'm showing you the Dune Our Thing collection, which consists of six cool toned ocean themed creams.

I love that this collection is divided up into cool and warm tones. And I'm loving all of these colors so far! Let's look at them individually:

First up is Feel The Breeze, a gorgeous neon pastel pink. I was instantly in love with this polish as soon as I put it on! It's so eye catching, and it makes my skin look so tan. Formula on this one was a bit tricky and requires careful application. Shown above is three thin coats with top coat.

Float On is the slightly darker almost-neon pink sister of Feel The Breeze. Another gorgeous cool toned pink! I'm definitely loving pinks lately, and I can't wait to wear both of these in the summer. Again, this one needs some careful application! Shown above is three thin coats with top coat.

Dune Our Thing is a gorgeous magenta pink cream. This one, unlike the other two pinks, is fairly easy to apply and reaches opacity in just two coats! It has an almost jelly-like formula, so it's got a nice shine without top coat as well. Shown above is two coats with top coat, for consistency.

X-Ta-Sea is a medium purple cream with a similar formula to Dune Our Thing - slightly jelly-like, and opaque in two coats! It almost looks like a "neon" purple, but I love that the formula is easy to work with. Shown above is two coats with top coat.

I Sea The Point is a medium primary blue cream. I love these blues this summer! This one is slightly dusty, and the formula is jelly-like, but not as much so as the other two I've mentioned - but application is a breeze! Shown above is two coats with top coat.

Wait N' Sea is a dusty turquoise cream with a jelly-like finish. It's opaque in just two coats, and it's glossy without top coat (but of course, I added top coat for my swatch for consistency!) I really love this one! Shown above is two coats with top coat.

Overall, I love all of these colors and I can see myself wearing every single one of them. As with the last China Glaze collection I got, these are perfect for nail art, too! I feel the inspiration already, haha! My favorites are Feel The Breeze (anything to make my pale hands look tanner!) and Wait N' Sea. Which ones do you like?

You can get these six polishes in a set from HB Beauty Bar for $23.70 USD hereor individually here for $3.95 USD per bottle. And don't forget, you can use the code POLISHCHALLENGE at checkout for 15% off your entire order!
