My Very First Konad Manicure!

SO, today I begrudgingly drove my boyfriend to some bar in the mall, and as I was walking to Sephora to check out some nail polish, I saw a strange kiosk out of the corner of my eye. And guess what it was -------- A KONAD KIOSK!

I freaked out and immediately bought 3 plates, a red nail polish, and a new stamper and scraper and I am shocked and amazed at how great the quality is!

Here is my first "Konadicure" using m60 -

I used Colour Gossip Bora Bora as a base and used Konad Black for stamping.

Let me just say that I am generally pretty awful at stamping but Konad plates made it SO much easier!

What do you guys think? What's your favorite stamping plate brand?

  3. This looks awesome....nice clean stamping. I have come to love stamping. Fun thing...my very first attempt at stamping was last year in April and I used this exact stamp too! I did a gold base color and a black stamping. Great minds think alike! :)

Not sure I have a favorite brand plate, but what I don't understand is why some of these brands do full image designs that are so small they don't cover your entire nail...that gets on my nerves!! I don't have huge 'man hands' either!

    1. Haha that is so funny! And we are both named Kelli! (Well, different spellings!) I find that to be the most annoying part about stamping because the full image plates are my favorite. I forget who, but someone posted a really great comparison chart. I'll try to find it.

    2. Weird... btw, growing up I always wished my name was with an "i" instead of a "y". The full images are my favorite too. Is this the comparison you were thinking of (link below)? ...it is a great one!

    3. No, I was actually thinking of another one which I really can't find, but this one is great and useful also! (And consider yourself lucky about the name, mine gets spelled wrong all the time hehe!)
