Pretty & Polished Heavy Metals Collection Review

Today I have some lovely polishes to review from Pretty & Polished, an indie brand I'm sure most of you have heard of!

These three gorgeous metallic polishes are from the new P&P collection, Heavy Metals.
In all photos, I have on base coat and top coat.

First, we have House of Brick, a shimmery red metallic.

This polish ended up looking a bit more pink than red on my nails. I was a bit nervous about House of Brick because I assumed it would look too orangey, but when I saw the bottle I was relieved! The photos show two easy coats of House of Brick. The formula is self leveling and flawless.

Next, we have Romance is Dead, a purple metallic that is slightly different from the others. It is jam packed with teeny silver glitters that make this polish stand out.

The photo is two slightly thicker coats of Romance is Dead. It was really difficult for my camera to capture the true color of Romance is Dead - it is showing up as more of a blue tint in these photos, but I would say it's on the warm side. The formula, once again, was flawless and self leveling.

And last but certainly not least, we have Origins and Endings, which is described on Etsy as "a deep Cyprus green metallic."

Overall, I have to say I am in love with these polishes! They are stunning colors and they are super opaque and they dry pretty quickly! And - they are surprisingly easy to remove (usually with metallic polishes like these, I find microglitters stuck to all my nails, but these were completely gone after I used remover!)

These polishes are available in full size 15mL bottles on Etsy for $9, or on the Pretty & Polished website where you can either get the full size for $9 or a mini 7mL bottle for $5. The Heavy Metals collection is 3 free and cruelty free.

I definitely want to try these with stamping because they are so opaque. Which is your favorite? I think mine is Origins and Endings!
