KBShimmer Summer 2015 Collection Part 1: Neon Cremes and Glitters

- PRODUCTS PROVIDED FOR REVIEW -

Hey everyone! I hope you are all having a great week. I'm currently on a mini vacation to Las Vegas to celebrate my brother's upcoming wedding, but as promised, I've got some fun nail polish to show you! I'm actually really excited about today's post, because I've been dying to share the new KBShimmer Summer 2015 collection with you guys, and today I've got the first of three parts to show you! The full collection consists of 28 (!!) polishes in a variety of finishes - most notably pastel neon cremes, multichrome flakes, and full coverage silver flakes - and of course, some classic crellies, jellies, and glitter toppers. Today I'll be showing you the 7 cremes and 3 glitter toppers.

Can we just take a moment to drool over the perfection that is these neon cremes?! Seriously, I am in love. If you've been following me for any period of time, you probably know that I am obsessed with the KBShimmer creme formulas, so when I heard that these new colors were coming out, I almost cried with happiness. And I am not disappointed! I don't have the glitters in the preview pic, but they are absolutely gorgeous as well.

Unfortunately, my camera wasn't too happy about the bright neon colors, so some of them might be a bit more washed out than they look in real life, but I tried my best to capture them accurately! Anyway, let's get into it, starting with the cremes:

Lei it Again is a gorgeous pale neon pink creme. The perfect summer creme! It's a bit more neon than my photo shows. The formula is fabulous and mostly opaque in two coats, but the above photo shows 3 coats with top coat.

Bahama Drama is a pale neon coral creme. I absolutely love this color - it's perfect for pedicures! Again, it's a little brighter than my photo shows. This one is also mostly opaque in two coats, but my photos show three coats with top coat.

Leggo My Mango is a pale neon peachy orange creme. Another perfect summer shade! Formula was easy, and again, mostly opaque in two coats, but my photo above shows three coats with top coat.

Rum Me the Right Way is a super bright neon yellow creme. This was definitely the brightest and most neon of the bunch, but the formula was still easy to work with, unlike most neons. Shown above is three coats with top coat.

For Sail By Owner is a pale neon green creme. I'm not usually a huge fan of greens, but colors like this are so gorgeous! It's a perfect lime green and I think it'll be great for nail art. Shown above is two easy coats with top coat.

In Yacht Water is a gorgeous bright turquoise creme. This one is probably my favorite of the collection. It's so creamy and wonderful! Shown above is two easy coats with top coat.

Sarong Place, Sarong Time is a pale neon purple creme. This is another favorite of mine, I love how bright and warm it is! Shown above is two easy coats with top coat.

Precious Petals is a glitter topper packed with fuchsia, periwinkle, aqua, and white glitters, along with holographic glitter dust. I absolutely love the color combination of this glitter, and it's so easy to work with - no fishing or dabbing required. Shown above is one coat over For Sail By Owner, plus top coat.

Wave the Flag is a glitter topper filled with red, white and blue glitters in various shapes in sizes, including white star glitters. KBShimmer always impresses me with their patriotic polishes, and this one is no exception! I can't wait to wear this for the Fourth of July. Shown above is one easy coat over In Yacht Water, with top coat - no fishing or dabbing required.

Dust in the Bottle is a scattered holographic top coat. At first, I thought this one looked a lot like Prism Break from last year's spring collection, but upon closer inspection I realized that one is more of a linear holographic top coat, whereas this one is scattered - almost like the well-loved China Glaze Fairy Dust! I will definitely be using this one over gradient nail art. Shown above is one easy coat over Sarong Place, Sarong Time, with top coat.

I think it's safe to say I'm pretty obsessed with this summer collection so far. I absolutely love the cremes and I think I'll be using them all summer - and those glitters are so fun and bright! I can't wait to try the other shades in this collection, because I have a feeling I won't be disappointed.

These shades will be available on May 15th on the KBShimmer website - the cremes are $7.50 USD each, and the glitters are $8.75 USD each.

Which ones do you like best? Are you planning to pick up any of these polishes?
