China Glaze All Aboard Collection, Part 2: All Aboard

After making you guys wait an entire MONTH, I finally have the second half of the China Glaze All Aboard collection from HB Beauty Bar! Wow, I didn't realize so much time had passed - sorry guys! You can see my swatches of the first half of the collection here.

The All Aboard half of this collection is distinctly more colorful! We've got two creams, three shimmers, and one glitter topper, and the formula was lovely on all of them. Let's take a closer look!

Mind the Gap is a unique brownish green packed with lime green and gold shimmer. I definitely don't have anything like this in my collection! This is one of those colors that you either love or hate, and i haven't decided yet how I feel, but it's certainly unique. The formula applied a bit streaky, but it fixed itself nicely as it dried. Shown above is three coats with top coat.

Stop That Train! is a beautifully bold orange with red undertones and a strong orange and gold shimmer. You generally won't hear me using the word "beautiful" when describing an orange polish, since they're usually not my thing, but I absolutely love this one! It is the definition of autumn, and it looks great on my skin tone. It was slightly streaky but careful application kept this polish looking nice. Shown above is two coats plus top coat.

Nice Caboose! is a deep fuchsia packed with a bright fuchsia shimmer and a bit of iridescent glitters. At first, this polish might seem like an average purple, but its actually really unique, as I found out while applying. The iridescent glitters give this polish a strange and mysterious depth, but they're hard to see in the photograph - look closely at the bottom of the bottle, and on my index finger, to see the iridescent flakes.

One Track Mind is a rich navy blue cream that's fully opaque in just one coat! (Dear China Glaze, you are killing it lately with these polishes! This collection has three one coaters?! I love you!) This is such a royal shade, and I love it! It'll be a perfect transition into winter as well. Shown above is one coat with top coat.

Well Trained is a dark teal cream, again with this amazing one coater formula! This is another great autumn color, and I think it'll be perfect for some nail art. Shown above is one coat with top coat.

And last but certainly not least, we have Loco-Motive, a glitter topper featuring various gunmetal glitters as well as some bright orange hexes. This is such a unique combination of colors for a glitter, and I think it looks incredible! The polish had a lot of base-to-glitter ratio, so you're looking at two coats over Well Trained, plus top coat. Isn't it so pretty?!

Overall, I am really loving this collection, and basically that everything that China Glaze has been doing lately. Favorites in this half are Stop That Train! and Loco-Motive.

These polishes are all available from HB Beauty Bar for $3.95 USD each. Don't forget, you can use the codePOLISHCHALLENGE for 15% off your entire order!

These polishes were provided for my honest review.

  3. I guess I can forgive you for making me wait that long. Gorgeous colors! I'm really liking Stop That Train as well and I'm thinking of picking up the teal since I don't have a good opaque dark teal. <3
