I Love Nail Polish Fall 2014 Collection Part 2: Holographic Shimmers

Now that September has finally started, I can get into the groove of posting Fall nail polishes (to go along with my favorite season!) You probably remember the first half of my I Love Nail Polish Fall 2014 Collection review, and today I've got the second half for you!

The first half of the collection (here) consisted of five multichromes and a simple holographic polish. Well, this half is a bit more complicated - all of these polishes are intense shimmers with a linear holographic finish, as well as some gorgeous flakes! I love them all, and I was thrilled with the formulas - whereas the multichromes took a bit to get used to, these ones were flawless and easy to apply. Let's have a look at them:

Fall Semester is a beautiful dark teal with a linear holographic shimmer. This one is just gorgeous, and probably my favorite of the bunch. Formula was impeccable, and for those of you with short nails, you could probably get away with just one coat. Shown above is two easy coats and top coat.

Homecoming is a gorgeous eggplant purple with a linear holographic shimmer, and incredible gold flakes for added sparkle. Another stunner! And can we talk about how amazing these colors are for Fall? Shown above is two easy coats with top coat.

Black Orchid is another beautiful dark color, a deep magenta with a linear holographic shimmer and some extra sparkle. I am just going to keep gushing - like the other two, this one applied flawlessly and looks gorgeous on the nails! I thought this one might stain, because reds tend to do that, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was absolutely no staining. Shown above is two easy coats with top coat.

This collection also features three lighter/brighter colors that are also Fall appropriate - here's Atomic Sherbet, a super bright holographic orange with golden flakes. Although this color is bright, it totally reminds me of pumpkins and falling leaves! This polish was slightly more jelly-like than the others, so I applied an extra coat for opacity. Shown above is three thin coats with top coat.

Iconic is a gorgeous champagne gold with a linear holographic shimmer - this one was probably the most holographic, and it's stunning. I thought it might not work against my skin tone, but I found myself loving it. It's classy and elegant, not to mention super sparkly! This polish could probably be opaque in two, but I added a third coat for more depth, as well as top coat.

Last but certainly not least, we have Champagne Blush, an incredible rosy pink with a linear holographic shimmer and gold flakes. This one was also super holographic, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the hue looked nice on my skin tone! This is definitely a great color to wear if you don't want to rock dark shades this season, but still want that autumn feel. Shown above is three thin coats and top coat, but again, it could be opaque in two.

As with the other half of this collection, I have to say, I'm totally in love. These polishes are both gorgeous and totally unique, and I'm happy to say that I don't have anything like these in my collection. The added touch of the flakes in each polish make them unique!

These polishes will be available at the I Love NailPolish website for $10-$12.50 USD each, or $120 for the full collection. They sell out quickly, so be sure to follow I Love Nail Polish on Facebook and Twitter to find out when they will be restocking!

What do you think of these polishes? Which is your favorite?

These polishes were provided for my honest review.
