OPI Brazil Summer Skittle with HB Beauty Bar

Hi guys! I haven't done a water marble manicure in months, so I figured I should try one out today, using three polishes from the OPI Brazil collection that I got from HB Beauty Bar a while back. I didn't end up liking the result of the full water marble manicure, so I ended up making a skittlette instead:

I started with a base of OPI Don't Bossanova Me Around on all nails except my ring finger, which is OPI Kiss Me I'm Brazillian. I used OPI Where Did Suzi's Man-go for the gradient nails, and then water marbled all three for my middle nail.

I really love this look! It's simple and I'm proud of the successful water marble. I always find that it works easier when I use all polishes from the same brand.

I also think the color combination is great. It reminds me of creamsicles! (Probably because I'm so not used to wearing orange on my nails, even with nail art.) Great color scheme for warm weather.

And for a little bonus, this is what my "failed" attempt at a full water marble looked like:

I thought all the nails looked cool individually, but I don't like that they aren't uniform. Water marbles can be so unpredictable!

And of course, here's a visual of the colors I used. You can buy them all from HB Beauty Bar, and get 15% off your order with the code POLISHCHALLENGE at checkout.
