31DC2012 Day 2: Orange Nails

Day 2 of the challenge definitely made me question if I can really handle it haha! I don't own too much orange nail polish, but this salmon color from Julep called Sasha was just too beautiful to resist, so I decided to go with that for my nail art.

I used OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls as a base color, and then complemented Sasha with another Julep color called Rose.

I know I totally flooded my cuticles, but this was an idea I have been meaning to try ever since I saw this manicure from Chalkboard Nails. I love this manicure! I definitely want to try it again with a different color scheme soon.
