Bundle Monster Glitzy Glitter Collection Review
Hi all, today I've got some fun new glitter toppers to show you from Bundle Monster. They're mainly known for their stamping plates, but Bundle Monster recently released some new glitter toppers - including this one, the Glittering City Lights Collection, which consists of six colorful glitters that'll liven up any polish!

31 Day Nail Art Challenge 2.0, Day 4: Primary or Secondary
Hey guys, it's Day 4 of the 31 Day Nail Art Challenge 2.0, and whew! Today's nail art prompt was "primary or secondary" color scheme, which was NOT easy to come up with! But, I am pleased with what I came up with, and I'm happy to say I'm not burnt out just yet (although I have a feeling that these challenges are just going to get harder and harder, haha.) Anyway, I decided to stick with a primary color scheme, which consists of red, yellow and blue. And what better manicure to do than one inspired by a childhood classic?!
That's right, I decided to do nail art inspired by the children's book, Mouse Paint! For those of you who didn't read it, this educational book is the story of three white mice who find three jars of paint (red, yellow, and blue) and learn to mix different colors with them. What a cute story, right? Here is the cover, for reference:
I'm actually pretty pleased with how these turned out, and I'm glad that they somewhat resemble the cover of the book, haha!
Anyway, to achieve this look, I started with a base of OPI Put A Coat On, which is a white base for neon nail polishes. (But it's a perfect creamy white for nail art too!) I painted the mice and their scribbles with acrylic paint, and topped everything off with matte top coat.
To create thin and (somewhat) precise lines, I used my new nail art brush set that I got for review from Bundle Monster. The set comes with 20 pieces in total - 15 brushes, and five assorted dotting tools. I used a few of the thin nail art brushes, as well as a dotting tool, for the manicure above.
Here are just a few of the brushes that come in the set. There's even two fan brushes! You can use these for glitter nails, flocking powder, or just creating an interesting grungy manicure. There are also stripers, flat brushes, and small detail brushes.
And here are the dotting tools, which have these cute wooden handles. All the dotting tools are double sided, so it's like getting ten dotting tools! (Note: my brown cardboard light box made the reflection of these tools look rusty, but I assure you, they are totally silver and brand new!)

Shimmer Cristina Skittlette
Hi guys! I have been lacking nail inspiration lately, and I've just been too busy to swatch, so I am sorry I haven't posted in a few days! But today I was looking at my untrieds and I found Shimmer Cristina, and I decided to do an inspired skittlette.
I started with a base of OPI AmazON...AmazOFF on the first two nails, then topped them off with Shimmer Cristina. For the ring finger, I painted on China Glaze At Vase Value and stamped a chevron pattern with OPI 4 in the Morning. Then, on my pinky nail, I painted on OPI Casino Royale. Pretty simple, right?
I love the depth of this glitter so I took a bottle shot to show you all the different colors. Isn't it so pretty?
I love a glitter with a good formula, and this one was no exception. It is quite sheer though, so I would recommend a similar base color. I also think this glitter would look great with a dark gray or black base color.
Here's something I haven't done in a while! I miss taking bottle shots so you can all have a quick and easy guide on what colors I used for my nail art, so I decided to bring it back. Don't these polishes look so good together? (Also, I noticed I spelled "Cristina" wrong in the photo, haha, but I didn't save the file, so you'll all just have to deal!)

Nail Polish Canada Bundle Monster Stamping Skittlette
So, I totally missed out on Valentine's Day nail art this year because I've been so busy, but the ladies over at Nail Polish Canada were sweet enough to send me the Bundle Monster H16 plate to play with. Of course, the holiday is over now - but this plate is versatile enough to be used year round, so I created a fun and easy skittlette with it!
I really like the pairing of these colors! I used OPI This Gown Needs a Crown topped with OPI In True Stefani Fashion for the outer nails, and OPI AmazON... More Stamping with OPI Germany Collection
The OPI Germany collection came out last fall and features some dark vampy colors that might not be ideal for summer, but I just love them! Today's manicure has some more stamping practice:
I love this combination. I used OPI Nein! Nein! Nein! OK Fine! as a base (it's my go-to dark gray!) and stamped on BM313 with OPI Every Month is Oktoberfest.
I think this manicure looks like cobblestone! I love the way that Every Month is Oktoberfest catches the light.
This is actually my favorite stamp. It's just so easy to use and it looks great. Expect to see more stamping practice this week!
