piCture pOlish Never Nude Swatch + Review

If you're into indie nail polish, you've most definitely heard of piCture pOlish, an Australian brand known not only for their awesome polishes, but also for their collaborations with other amazing bloggers. Well, I've always lusted after this brand of polishes, and now I finally own one of their colors! I have this glorious shade, Never Nude, to share with you today.

Never Nude is a polish that was made in collaboration with one of my favorite bloggers, Will Paint Nails for Food. It's a light beige crelly that's packed with purple, turquoise, and silver hexes in various sizes, as well as an incredible glass fleck shimmer throughout. I absolutely love this combination of color - it reminds me of a delicious confetti cake! Yum!

Here's my swatch of Never Nude. It's such a beautiful and delicate shade! I absolutely love the way it looks on my nails, and I think it's perfect with my skin tone.The formula was as flawless as I imagined - it applied just like butter! Shown above is three easy coats plus top coat.

Looking at this shade in photos, I am really loving that glass fleck shimmer - it really pulls the polish together! I am not usually a fan of crellies with added shimmer, but I think it works perfectly here and I don't think the polish would be as beautiful without it.

Here's a macro shot in the bottle and on the nail. I know, I know, I took a lot of photos, but I just can't help it. This color looked so gorgeous!

I also tried to be artsy and take a bottle shot with the brush! I have to say, I was surprised to see that the bottle was slightly smaller than I imagined - piCture pOlish bottles are actually 11mL, as opposed to the 15mL that most polishes come in. Either way, I'm in love with the bottle, and the adorable shape. And the brush was my favorite kind, flat and wide, for easy application.

I think it's safe to say that I'm loving this shade! I love wearing neutral nails, and this is a neutral color with a gorgeous twist. I can imagine this being perfect for a wedding, because it's so delicate and pretty - but also appropriate for the office, because of the neutral tone.
