China Glaze Neon Splatter Manicure!

I have been so inspired by so many wonderful nail artists lately. Today's inspiration comes from this manicure - I had to recreate the unique color combination on my own nails, of course using the new China Glaze collection from HB Beauty Bar (I know, I just can't stop using them!).

I started with China Glaze Don't Be A Pansy, and then with a straw, I splattered on China Glaze Peonies & Park Ave, China Glaze Grass is Lime Greener, and Essie No Place Like Chrome. Simple enough, right?

As I made this manicure, I found myself worrying about the color combination, but I am starting to like it! The green really makes the whole manicure pop.

Of course, the hardest part about splatter manicures is the cleanup - and trust me, I got nail polish everywhere with this one! Most people place tape on their nails before splatter manicures, but of course I forgot to do that ;)

Here is a visual of the polishes I used. Remember, you can get all of these polishes from HB Beauty Bar for a great price, and even cheaper with the 15% off code "POLISHCHALLENGE" at checkout!

What do you think of splatter manicures? Fun, or too messy?

Some products were provided for my honest review.

  1. These turned out amazing! I attempted my first splatter and have it up on my blog yesterday and it was a mess too. I'll have to remember to tape around my nails to minimize the mess too. Love the color combination here though.
