- PROVIDED FOR REVIEW -
Hey guys! I know it's been a while (I'm so infrequent on here lately - I'll explain why at the end of this post) but today I've got my first autumn polishes of the year! The Flair Collection is one of two collections by Zoya for the fall season and it consists of six gorgeous shimmery shades.
As is usual for Zoya polishes, the formulas are just incredible. Even though these polishes are super shimmery, I experienced hardly any brushstroke streakiness. And the colors are so rich and gorgeous - I think it's safe to say that fall is my favorite time of year for polishes (and probably for everything else!) This was actually my first time swatching in my new apartment (with my new lighting setup!) and I tried to make it the same as my old setup. Let me know what you guys think :) Anyway, let's get into it:
Tris is a gunmetal gray shimmer that leaned a little green on me. I absolutely loved this color, especially for the upcoming season, but I don't think its as gray as the photos on the Zoya website show. Shown above is two coats with top coat.
Aggie is a stunning multichrome in the bottle that shifts from a liquid gold shimmer to a greenish blue shimmer - but on the nails, it's mostly that rich gold with a hint of green on the edges. In the bottle, this one definitely reminded me of the well-loved OPI Just Spotted the Lizard from a few years ago, but it had a different effect on the nails and almost a foil finish. Gorgeous either way! Shown above is two easy coats with top coat.
Cinnamon is a flawless chocolatey brown shimmer. I really can't get over how lovely this shade is! It reminds me of melted rich chocolate, and it's perfect for fall. On the nail it almost looks a bit blackened. I can't wait to wear this one! Shown above is two easy coats with top coat.
Ember is the aptly named red shimmer of the bunch. This color is so bright and fiery! I think this shade will be a perfect transition into the winter season as well. Shown above is two coats with top coat.
Giada is a gorgeous deep rich purple shade with a cool tone. If you follow me on Snapchat (kellidobrin is my username!) you got to see a sneak peek of this one in the sunlight - it was absolutely stunning! I love the depth of this shade. Shown above is two easy coats with top coat.
And finally we have my favorite of the bunch, Estelle, a seriously rich royal blue shimmer. This one is so bright and fun! It definitely makes me excited for winter, and I have a feeling I will be wearing it a lot around the holiday season. Shown above is two easy coats with top coat.
Overall, I think all of these shades are gorgeous - a few of them seem more appropriate for winter than fall, but I'm happy I'll be able to get a lot of use out of them this year! My favorites are Cinnamon, Giada, and Estelle. How about yours?
These shades are all available from Zoya for $9 USD each.

So you might have noticed that I haven't been very active on my blog - the reason for that is that lately, I have been making some big changes! I am taking time to focus more on Instagram and YouTube (I actually have been posting some helpful reviews on there, including this roundup of my favorite white polishes - and yes, I am actually in it!) I am also on Twitter.
The reason for this change is that I want to be able to interact with my followers more directly, and I've found that social media is the best way to connect and communicate (since a lot less people are able to sign up and comment on my blog, whereas most people are on some form of social media.) I will still be posting swatches on here, since I love swatching, but you should definitely follow me on my other social media accounts to stay updated :) I hope you guys stick around and continue to support me on my nail polish journey!
