Hi guys! Whew, it's been a long week, but I'm finally back - and I'm coming up with a schedule so I can get back to posting regularly (but not every day anymore!) Anyway, it's finally March which means it's time to start posting spring nail art! I decided to recreate a gorgeous manicure from Nail Bliss on Instagram, using some new OPI shades.
I started out with a base of OPI Do You Take Lei Away?, from their new Hawaii Spring/Summer 2015 Collection (which I will be reviewing soon, courtesy of HB Beauty Bar!) Then, I swiped on some abstract flower shapes using OPI Suzi Shops and Island Hops, also from HB Beauty Bar. I created my leaves with Zoya Tilda and leopard spots with Zoya Chanelle. Then, I outlined everything with black acrylic paint!
I created a quick tutorial for this look here.
I am completely in love with how this turned out! I think the mix of floral and leopard print ended up working really well, and it felt really nice to be doing nail art again.
Here are the polishes I used for this nail art look. The OPI shades are from HB Beauty Bar (use code POLISHCHALLENGE at checkout for 15% off your order!) and the Zoya shades are available at their online shop.
What do you think of this nail art look?
