Spring Water Marble with OPI My Vampire Is Buff

I finally made a water marble that I am proud of!!

This manicure was achieved using a base of OPI My Vampire Is Buff. I then marbled using ORLY Two Hour Lunch and ORLY Gumdrop.

I messed up the top of my pinkie finger so I cut the picture off there ;)

This is two coats of OPI My Vampire Is Buff - I should have used three coats, but since I was doing nail art over it, I didn't think it would matter ;)

This water marble took a bit longer because I worked hard to make all the nails look flowery. I messed up a couple and had to redo them, but I think it was worth it.

On a side note, look at this beautiful eyeshadow palette I got from Sephora -

It's called the Primal Instincts palette and I got it for super cheap! I can't wait to use it ;)

  1. I love this, how do you get the marble to come out that way? I have tried a couple times but it just looks sort of "tye-dyed" more than marbled.

    1. This is the first time mine came out like "flowers" - it really depends how you design the pattern in the water!! Thanks :)

  3. Marble is not good for an impatient person like me, but yours came out great! Also I love that palette, I am such a sucker for neutral palettes :)
