This collection consists of five stunning shimmer packed shades in bright springy colors. The color shifts and shimmer in these are out of this world. I am so impressed by the quality, especially for an indie brand. As with the last collection, the formulas on these were wonderful and easy to use. Let's get into it!
I absolutely must start with my favorite of the collection - Ixia is a rich turquoise blue packed with shimmer and larger iridescent flakes. It's so vibrant, and perfect for summer! Shown above is two easy coats with top coat.
Dahlia is a super bright blue packed with holographic shimmer. WOW! Doesn't this one look like a starry night sky? I imagine this would be an awesome color to use for a galaxy manicure. Another stunner - and it was practically a one coater! Shown above is two coats with top coat.
Hydrangea is a lovely soft periwinkle blue with a slight lavender color shift, as well as holo specks and iridescent flakes. This one is the epitome of spring! At first, I wasn't sold on this color, but on the nails it's so beautiful and delicate! It almost looks like a Cinderella color to me. Shown above is two easy coats with top coat.
Paeonia is a stunning coral holographic shade filled with pink and gold shimmer. This is a great transitional color from spring to summer, because it's so bright and pretty! It's also a great color for anyone who is hesitant to go for bolder polish choices, since it's such a classic color but with a gorgeous twist. Shown above is two easy coats with top coat.
Last but definitely not least, we have Lunaria, a stunning coppery gold duochrome packed with holographic shimmer. I absolutely love this one on my skin tone, and I think it's a stunning color for any time of year! The color shift is so pretty and unique! Shown above is two easy coats with top coat.
Overall, I think it's pretty safe to say I'm obsessed with these shades. These polishes are available from the Il Etait Un Vernis online shop for 12.90 EUR each, which as of today is approximately $14.50 USD, and you can read more about the shades from the collection here.
