NCLA Swatch Spam

Hey guys, today I've got some NCLA swatch spam for you - two polishes from the recent Anarchy in L.A. Collection, and one of my biggest NCLA lemmings!

This was my second time trying NCLA, and I am not surprised to say that these polishes are fabulous! I used NCLA Gloss It! as my top coat for all of these swatches, and it dried quickly and with a beautiful shine. Anyway, let's get into it:

Let's start with Santa Monica Shore Thing, a cream I have been lusting after for ages! It's a beautiful light minty color with soft green undertones - flawless for all year round! As soon as I painted this color on, I knew I didn't want to take it off. The formula was easy to use and it leveled itself out nicely. Shown above is two coats with top coat.

Let's Start a Riot! is part of the Anarchy in L.A. collection, a gorgeous hot pink jelly-like cream. Unlike the other NCLA polishes I've tried so far, this one definitely had that squishy quality to it, and it was super glossy, even without top coat! I also love how the bottles look in this collection, almost like graffiti. Shown above is three coats (although you could probably get away with two if you're careful) with top coat.

And finally, we have a surprise favorite, Lead Vocals, Me!, also from the Anarchy in L.A. collection. It's a rich, dark blue shimmer that's packed with golden flecks that look almost green in the base. I think the true beauty of this one is all that incredible shimmer - it really brings the polish to life! Before this polish, I'd never really noticed any finishes besides the gorgeous creams from NCLA, but now I will have to go back and look at all the other finishes they offer, because they really rocked it with this color! Overall, I'm really loving this brand so far. It feels so luxurious, and all the colors I have tried are just stunning - both on the nail, and in the bottle. It helps that their packaging and general style is awesome!
