This collection consists of eight polishes of varying finishes, from soft creams to bold glitters to duochromes - something to offer for everyone. I haven't seen the movie that inspired this collection, but I have to say I love the neutral colors for this season, so I'm liking these a lot!
First we have I Love Applause (fun fact: when I first picked up this polish, I thought it was called "I Love Applesauce". LOL!) It's a soft pink cream that reaches full opacity with three coats, but looks beautiful and natural with one or two (perfect for a French manicure!) The jelly formula makes it delicate and soft on the nail - and I didn't even need top coat to get that incredible shine. Shown above is three coats.
Let's Do Anything We Want! is a glitter topper filled with metallic pink and white mini and micro hex glitters, as well as sparse larger white square glitters. This glitter is so unique and pretty! It's definitely a great polish for someone who wants to keep their nails looking professional, but with a little bit of fun. Shown above is one easy coat over I Love Applause (don't they match together beautifully?).
Next we have Chillin' Like A Villain, a peachy neutral soft cream with the same formula as I Love Applause. Again, this one is definitely beautiful to wear in one or two coats if you're interested in a natural look, or you can build it up for opacity like I did in the photo above. I absolutely love this color with my skin tone! Shown above is four thin coats, no top coat necessary.
Gaining Mole-Mentum is a glitter topper filled with gold, silver, and copper metallic shards. This topper is unlike anything I have and I love that each nail looks totally different because of the various shapes of the shards! I imagine this would look stunning over black. Shown above is one coat over Chillin' Like A Villian (again, because it matched so perfectly!)
Miss Piggy's Big Number is a beautiful, eye-catching sapphire polish that I fell in love with instantly. This color is just brilliant! It does show some brush strokes, so careful application is a must. There was a slight duochrome shift in the bottle, but I didn't really notice it on my nails. Shown above is two coats.
Don't be fooled - this isn't a new textured polish, it's Muppets World Tour, a glitter topper packed with various white and silver hexes, as well as pink, blue, and gold metallic hexes as well. I can't believe how much this transformed Miss Piggy's Big Number - it really does look (and feel) like one of the Liquid Sand polishes! And I loved the matte finish, so I didn't add any top coat. This might be my favorite combination of polishes ever, I love how unique it looks. Shown above is one coat over Miss Piggy's Big Number.
Int'l Crime Caper is a sheer white with a pink duochrome shimmer. I have to admit, this isn't the type of polish I would normally reach for, but I found it kind of refreshing! It's definitely very sheer though - shown above is three coats, and I still see VNL (visible nail line.)
Kermit Me To Speak is a sheer gray-purple duochrome shimmer, quite similar to Next Stop... The Bikini Zone, but without the holographic sparkle (in fact, they looked almost exactly the same in the bottle!) This is a great alternative for those of you who loved Next Stop... The Bikini Zone but found that it was a bit too sparkly for your taste. Be careful though - this polish does show brush strokes. Shown above is one coat over OPI Taupeless Beach.
Overall, I am enjoying this collection. I love the work appropriate creams, and I'm definitely loving the unique glitters. My top picks are Chillin' Like A Villain, Miss Piggy's Big Number, and Muppets World Tour.
