I started with Essie Butler Please, and then sponged on China Glaze Too Yacht To Handle. Then, I drew some starfish using a Clinique nail polish I got in a gift set and dotted them with ORLY Dazzle.
When my detail nail was still tacky, I placed my starfish with a dot of top coat, and it stayed on really well! The starfish is slightly curved to fit the nail perfectly. You can get a package of 5 studs in any pattern at Born Pretty Store here.

This is really cute. I love the way you did the background with the sponging. It really makes it look like water. The coral starfish are pretty against that blue. The colors work so well together! The starfish stud is cute, but we can't wear any enhancements or additions on on nails at work, only lacquer. I have from time to time gotten by a small rhinestone but it was buried deep in top coat. I do like that little stud though it really makes the mani over the top cute.
