I love the way you did the ba...This is really cute. I love the way you did the background with the sponging. It really makes it look like water. The coral starfish are pretty against that blue. The colors work so well together! The starfish stud is cute, but we can't wear any enhancements or additions on on nails at work, only lacquer. I have from time to time gotten by a small rhinestone but it was buried deep in top coat.
