piCture pOlish Bewitch + Mallard: Swatches and Review

Hey guys! Today I have a couple of swatches to share with you from piCture pOlish, one of the most popular indie brands I know! I absolutely love the other shades I've swatched, so I'm pretty excited to share more with you.

Today's shades are definitely more vampy than the bright colors I reviewed last, but they're perfect to wear any time of year! Unsurprisingly, the formulas were super easy to work with and applied really nicely. Let's take a look:

First off, we have Bewitch, a vampy warm toned purple jelly packed with greenish gold shimmer and holographic sparkle.

This shade is definitely dark and moody, but so incredibly gorgeous and complex! I love wearing shades like this that are almost dark enough to look black in lower lighting - and the shimmery bits make it look like the night sky. Shown above is two easy coats with top coat.

Here is a close up in the bottle and on the nail. The shimmery flakes almost look purple when they're layered!

I tried my best to make the photos color accurate, but they are a bit dark, so here's a brighter one where you can see how warm this shade is. Just beautiful.

Next we have Mallard, a shimmery green with copper and green flakes.

This polish was a tad thicker to apply, but easy enough to work with. I really love the dark shade of green here, but the flakes can get a bit lost in it! Shown above is two coats with top coat.

Here is a close up in the bottle and on the nail. You can see how present the flakes are in the bottle, but slightly harder to see on the nail.

Nevertheless, I think this color is very unique and I'm glad to have it in my collection!

Both of these polishes are available from piCture pOlish for AU $13, which is roughly equivalent to $9.87 USD (at the time of this post). They are also available from a variety of international retailers - you can see their list here.

What do you think of these gorgeous vampy colors?
