I decided to go with something girly and fun for the challenge today. I used a base of China Glaze Tart-y For the Party, and dotted on spots with OPI Can't Let Go. I outlined the spots with acrylic paint. Since Can't Let Go is a Liquid Sand polish, I used a thick layer of top coat to top it off.
